1.Each good sold is new and in good condition when posted out to customers. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibilities for damage to goods during transit. We do however choose courier services which offer refund for loss of packages or damage during transit such as Pos Laju courier service.
2. We try our best to display and describe all items as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting effect and such, the actual colours seen in the photos may defer slightly from the actual products.
3. We do not offer returns and refunds for goods sold, so please think carefully before making an order. You are very welcome to ask us questions before making a purchase to clarify any doubts.
4. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
5. Our price are fixed and are non-negotiable.
6. Payment is to be made within 3 days of receiving invoice. We have the right to sell the invoiced item to another customer if we don’t hear from the buying customer after 3 days.
7. We only post out goods once payment clears. We will inform you when order have been posted out.
